With Biome Grow stock now trading at a new record low, I don't believe that the company's performance is good.

In fact, its the opposite, bad.

If it was good, Biome Grow stock would not be hovering at record low levels, which is not acceptable for a stock with TD Investments' "Buy Recommendation".
