Its 100% owned Karowe mine is a producer of large Type IIA diamonds, more than 10.8 carats, including the historic 1,758 Sewelo, the 1,109 carat Lesedi La Rona and the 813-carat Constellation.

What we don't know is how many shares are listed on the Botswana Stock Exchange and how many are listed in Toronto.

We know that the total on issue between the TSX, Stockholm and BSE is 396,858,168

We also know that the number on issue in Sweden is 82,502,129.

Therefore TSX and BSE between them have 314,356,039

What has happened to the 20M or so shares that have disappeared from Sweden since we started monitoring them?

ie if shares are migrating to BSE how would we ever know about it?
