RE:BLO BREATHALYZER UPDATEHave been following this for a few years and hopefully it gets to market...the reference to term impairment shouldn't be used as there is no definition of impairment yet for THC, we've come to accept .08 for alcohol but evidence of THC metabolites only illustrates consumption. The BS limits currently imposed in Canada are arbitrary and have nothing to do with impairment. I'm surprised I can't find any study data from BLO on their bench top version of this tech. Also curious if they plan this to provide a numerical result or a yes no analysis. Yes exposure or consumption within 2/3 hours or no. Long legal challenges ahead even after initial adoption in the marketplace. If they can prove it out hopefully a well entrenched capable company takes them out.
