RE:Repeat after me!Discovery still has to pay us a fair price or they can move on and buy somethig else.  How is it a done deal...It still has to go to a shareholder vote.  Unless there is a way to fix the vote then I woud agree with you it is a done deal.  I dont see anyone in their right mind other than management and their puppets voting for this.  When silver moves towards $50 and beyond this stock will get bought out for billions.  Good luck to your oxygen team...Hopefully they can find something else to buy.
