RE:RE:LVN Shareholders Will Own Less Than 1/3rdHaywood Silver we will lose 75% of the asset with this deal.  It is better if Sprott or any other well known group comes in and finances LVN directly for 20% interest...We will still have 80% that way...With this deal we get 25%.
