RE:Bonehead

RE:BoneheadThe company has $250 million in cash. It's not going anywhere anytime soon. If an offer were to come at $5 per share, that's roughly 715 million market cap, less the $250 cash gives it's assets and operations a value of $465 million. For a company that already has the plans in place to have 200,000 kg of pot annually by fall 2020. Even at $.50 profit per gram that's $100 million in profit by the end of next year. The company needs to find more sales channels for sure, hopefully edibles will help. So $465 million market cap and will be capable of making $100 million in 16-24 months

Take a break from being high and consider whatyou are saying. If a buyout is being considered regardless of just a fine or temporary suspension the overhang of lawsuits will be factored in to any takeout offer. The odds of this stock fetching even $500 in the current enviornment is highly unlikely. I am not bashing , just being realistic , no rose coloured glasses, this suppossed buyout is to save a good company , short of current mgmt but unfortunately will probably not receive the premium on todays sp that hardcore investors expect. This is just my opinion.
