Lower U$ lower AD?

Lower U$ lower AD?Last time, analyst faults AD's fall because AD receives less income due to lower U$. Will it repeat?

It seems different this time. Fed has been hinting rate cut and USD drifts lower but AD is moving up. Anyone has any insight?
