100% agree.
It is a low ball, undervalued offer.
As I have said before, $10 USD is minimum fair value.
Look at the valuations achieved by Milestone Apartments for their sale, and the current valuation of Mortguard Residential, etc.
I don't know why the Pure Multi management is willing to sell out for such a low valuation...
