RE:RE:RE:Reports of the Trustee

RE:RE:RE:Reports of the TrusteeIf it is the case that the plan was to "steal the company" how does the fact that there is already global bidder interest impact the attempted fraud of investors (if that is the case). It seems likely that the regulatory authorities will be asking the same or similar questions to what we are asking (like how are we supposed to believe that management made a sincere effort to obtain financing when in less than 30 days 35 potential bidders have expressed in interest in buying the company? In addition I would not be surprised if there are lawsuits filed in addition to a regulatory investigation which will include (1) subpoenas of the highly suspicious trading activity that many of us have reported, (2) to obtain details of the Hung Thinh agreement which was delayed by "language differences" and what happened to the periodic updates of which there have been zero since they made that statement on April 4th, (3) details of the ECEC agreement which was reported to represent "an immediate financial benefit to Argex", (4) patent application status, (5) LacBrule drill results after initial drilling indicated "interesting" vanadium grades.
