So it was all Mark Selby!!!!  Running his dictatorship of a gold mine.  BOD had absolutley no say in the direction of the company for fear of reprisal from MS.  The management team that cringed at his decisions.  Give the man credit, he helped lead them to where they are today.  Personally I thank him for his integrity toward shareholders and wish him all the best in his future.  Not sure what his personal reasons were, but hopefully all is well in his world.
