Where do we find refuge now ?

Running out of companies owning aprtment complexes and listead in Canada. May have to move to the US ones.

Tricon has lot of potential but the market did not like the purchse of SFH portfolio from Starlight.

Morguard has some apartments in the US.

# Am waiting for WPT Industrial to get taken out next.
