Then we share the same way of viewing the stock.

My opinion is that, if I'm going to sell now I need to payed for the risk that I've taken and the options that I've had during the period I've been invested. Therefore it's worth to hold the stock, keep the dividend that gets payed out and only sell if the price truly is right. What else would motivate selling the stock?

Lucara is a good company even though people beat up the board now and then, just out of impatience. At the same time most of us know that what we have is time, and with a Buffett mindset and the research made this company should hold a higher value than it currently does. Even if the mine doesn't go underground there's still a lot of value left just holding onto the dividends.

The instruments are value, Clara pleasantly holds value. Possible Greenfields and Brownfields that could be developed or bought hold a good chance of diversification and added value.

If Lucara finds a new unique stone, large or rare, then if the same procedure follows the payout will be favorable for the shareholders. Remember Lesedi la Rona and the dividend that followed.

The president of Botswana furthermore seems to be a reasonable man, I view it as positive if the state of Botswana becomes a partner in Lucara. I'm sure it would enable great gains for all parties involved and give back a share of the profits directly to the country itself.

Criticism in all its honor, but in this case I find it hard to use against any part involved except our last contractor that still delivered after the change to our current one. Most of the initiatives that run through the plant have taken and still take time to implement. The scanners of last represent a good sound decision.

After all the competence that is held and the knowledge that follows ensures good conduct and proper research before decisions are made. In what other way could it be done if it is carrying a purpose of derisking any new steps whilst increasing effect in others?

The company is a gem, it's just taken some time to polish it. With time more will notice how it sparkles ;)
