RE:Hey folksTire kicking this thing with some fellow Praiire buddies . Canaccord broker says that US Company to become a Cdn Issuer had to take all the US held shares make them B shares subject to hugely restrictive escrow release provisions in order to become  and then maintain Cdn issue status.
