RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:72 million shares oustanding the reason for the original deal was that there was 400 million of crop value ( lie)..  where did all that go?   now its 22 million .. but really its close to nothing.. 

the whole pitch was montana.. now they are in another state, because they are getting sued.

anyway with all the debt, they are pretty much F$#k ...
