RE:RE:I AM SUSPECTING THAT FRAUD HIGHLY OCCURRED HEREJust read their past presentations and news releases. The former CEO was telling the public how the market value was too poor. Funny enough, the former CEO cashed out and resigned and they started the fire sale of their key assets and till date they have sold all of them significantly below the NAV they were parading . To make it worse, they sold the assets below the market value they were all saying was low. Totally insane & crazy maneagement. They never disclosed the names of the asset buyers as they kept it secret. I susect the signifcant insiders ownign more than 40% have collusion skeleton in their cupboard here!!! A forensic auditor can easily fish them out through a subpoena and uncover the truth of what really happened. This is not the first time this company went rogue. Check their histort ....
