There is a lot of due diligence on both sides before a deal is finalized no one wants a deal talked about until all the terms are hammered out. This takes time

I was under the impressions that negotiations were final and they had exclusivity. Obviously information isn't shared during negotiations. As mentioned, thought they were done so no need to hide target dates. That is one way for shareholders to be able to evaluate progress.

Unfortunately the corp presentation you posted the end of June doesn't lead to the presentation, so no idea what revenues the company thinks it will generate
