RE:RE:PRESIDENTAL MEMORANDA 7/22/19

I'm thinking this is the first Presidential Memoranda on rare earths, which would seems to be designed to light a fire under Congress. This and the rush, rush "you've got two weeks" to get your rare earth info to the Pentagon suggest that things WILL happen this time. Seems the China threat finally has started to panic the gov't into action....long overdue. My holding rare rare earths stocks at this time is based on the assumption that something will be done this time. I think Ucore looks very promising in this new light.
