Low Volume Potential to Pop

Low Volume Potential to PopPeople underestimate how quickly these low volume stocks can pop. 100,000 shares is not much at $.15. So once smart money decides to load onto Delpi, this will pop to $.30 just from a few large buy in's. As TopAdvisor mentioned before, keep in mind the Analysts are Sheep, they follow the share price with lag. So as the trend reversal starts, they'll start raising their price targets. Also ask that CIBC analyst what changed from January 1, 2019 when his price target was way higher. Debt is not much higher from January 1 and we now have 4 more wells pumping and 4 more to come end of the year. What's his reasoning for lowering the PT other than he has a rule to align it closer to current share price for him to save face.
