Remember ----"APPROXIMATE TIMELINES",,,have to leave a month or 2 wiggle room,,,,not like they have hit a time line or a reported earning goal yet in 2 years.The additional facility is due for fall---spring at best IMHO with this management.Another M/A in the works,,if BS is doing the deal again(good job with Spire) -----run for the door.
