6 Weeks Timeframe for Special Committee

6 Weeks Timeframe for Special Committeeis just about now....roughly 32 trading days from the original $9.45 offer.....they should be announcing something this week or early next week....I don't know why they are dragging their feet so much and it took them along time to get TD to do the analysis....

to come up with a valuation is a basic simple process....so why the delay

the 6 weeks timeframe was in an article I read a while back on what is kinda normal evaluation time to do analysis and consult the legal people....

its dragged on long enough....I have a feeling that the valuation is so much higher and the special committee does not know what to do as it makes Baker group look like greedy guys if the valuation comes back at $20 bucks.....time will tell
