Its retail distribution consists of providing advice to travelers and selling consumer products.

I sold this morning first thing at 12.12 per share (some profit, shoulda sold above 14/share)....this isnt looking good at all.....i am beginning to think that the shareholders will vote NO, and this this could end up way down....and thats when the bidding war may start all over again.

For now I will sit and watch.....
