RE:RE:Still nothing. With all due respect, who are you GreenFreedom to indicate or state that it is “a shameful lack of integrity” that the company has not indicated formally what the delay is?
James stated, verbally at the AGM, that the news would be sent to market in 7-10 days. As you stated “unforeseen delays”, beyond their control with agreements with partners can happen. The company does not owe you an explanation, or anyone for that matter, a formal message stating there has been a delay. Just be patient, or sell your shares. It’s really that easy.
If you have a concern, reach out to management and they will answer you. To expect a message saying there has been unforeseen delays is absurd.
GreenFreedom wrote: The title Still Nothing, is so correct and unfortunate. Your second and your last sentences are very good points IMO.
In addition, if an unforeseen delay did occurr (as certainly common and understandable), it is not illegal nor is it time consuming to issue a blanket e-mail to subscribers to acknowledge the estimated 7-10-day [formal announcement] will be delayed.
Given the enormous importance of such an AGM; this lack of simple communication indicates a shameful lack of integrity among some other terms I’ll not convey.
