Further Dilution?????

Further Dilution?????What is going on here? I thought we were moving in the right direction. Why are we further diluting the shares here for nothing tangible? What is the re-negotiation for lease, I thought we were purchasing the Brantford facility. Does anyone have any further information on what is going on here?
