RE:RE:final negotiationsSage ranch is the hidden gem here no one is talking about. I visited the site a few months ago with Stuart + JC. This project is a go, permits are in place. Construction will be happening soon.. this is a tangible asset He bought for pennies on the dollar back when the sky was falling and now flipped it into something with inevitable financial upside. 
I would like to mention that Stuart is a machine. From all our meetings, what he has accomplished in so little time  with city planners and with political ppl in tehachapi is incredible. 
I check in every couple months on these boards and it’s comical to see the same usual suspects ragging on management on a daily basis.. this is a long play. These things take time. Save your breath or sell your position and move on with your life. RB at least there was a quick exit instead of spending a lot more resources down the road for something we might be too all in on that we could not have turned back on.. I think it was the right move.
