Imperial simply a loan! Zero risk to imperial they get their money back either way plus 4% annually for three years .
Goes to show the complete lack of business savvy on the executive side......
i wonder what other little extra they threw in that hasn’t come out yet.... most likely sunens 48% as a garuntee.
