I think investors will accept an improved bid less than $18.....the special committee is in a rough spot between rock and hard place.....they know the result from TD analysis will be obviously much higher than $9.45 but will have to factor in a discount to the $18 because Baker group will now get all the bad with the good....all the risk is theirs....I still think Baker comes back with another improved bid and they just want to move on and take control....alot of bad things can happen if they wait too long....what if real estate tanks?............I think $12.50 is on the way....good luck
