Thus, for the merger to make sense they would need to do it before any announcement or else ICC shareholders will loose a lot on the line in the merger, specially since their cash reserve seems lower than what was supposed to happen (originally supposed to be 8M).
So if TTX announce results, I would expect no merger to happen afterwards...just my toughts
CO has lent TTX a tune of 3.5 million usd and can convert to stock. How do you think they where able to purchuse the tailings?
so they will own 35 million shares of TTX if they don't merge the sp will jump in price either way.
- ICC’s Participation Ratio
As of the date of at the closing of the Transaction, ICC’s cash position and the value of certain pre-paid services and contributed into Amalco shall be of a minimum amount of $8,000,000 (the “Minimum Cash Position”) accordingly, should ICC fail to deliver and contribute to Amalco such Minimum Cash Position, ICC’s Participation into Amalco shall be reduced proportionally.
100% they don't have 8 million so ICC's participation into Amalco shall be reduced proportionally or the merger couldn't happen.
Either way they better release this soon.
