Who is drilling study — a company owned by an insider?  I agree that they have more than sufficient proven resources.  What they need to do is finish construction. Easy to spend money on reports — treading water. This new management is just like the last. They don’t know how to operate a company to build positive cash flow. They just build a company to sell based on reports that they buy from others. Of course as they started this merger they laid off all of the employees they had just hired that had experience operating an actual mining company.
