Update: Mining Council just published this month's scheduled audiences (1) and this time it does include the programmed audiences for each of the 32 Macusani' claims, with half of them to be held on Thursday, June 20th and the other half on Wednesday, June 26th. The most important claims (ocacasa 4, huarituna I, huarituna II and huarituna 3) have their audiences scheduled on June 20th (from 10:50am to 11:30am), so we'll know the Council's decision in les than a month. According to the map (2), these huarituna's claims contain the "Quelcaya discovery", six kilometres west of Falchani deposit, as announced this morning (3).

Update: It's now available the first Mining Council's resolution confirming the "LINCOLN XXIX" expiration, and reading its arguments it seems to me taht the expiration of the 32 claims will be confirmed very soon. I'm not a lawyer, but Macusani's arguments were well-grounded in mi opinion.
