Canadian Operations segment includes the exploration for, development of, and production of oil, NGLs, natural gas and other activities within Canada. Market Optimization segment is primarily responsible for the sale of the Company’s production to third-party customers and enhancing the associated netback price. The segment’s activities also include third-party purchases and sales of product to provide operational flexibility.

Eric Nuttal about the CEO's compensation, 15 Mil / year

The CEO of this unnamed co. made ~$15MMCDN last year and ~$50MMCDN over the past 3 years. The next convo that is going to be held in Canada if share prices continue to putrefy will be compensation and alignment (CEO has minimal direct stock holdings from what I can find)
