Dismissed with cause......sort of shows the moral compass of some of these folks.....the sad part for the shareholders of Cann Trust will be when they find out what kind of Golden Parachute this guy gets......my guess is that it will be in the tens of millions.  These folks negotiate a "no fault" clause in most of their contracts so it will likely be a very expensive move for the company.

No wonder he has a smile from ear to ear.
