RE:IS this the GLH board?

RE:IS this the GLH board?
Quite common at the lows. Smucks pump and there's nobody posting.

Millar insider crashed the price with his intense selling. He's run out of shares to unload (still have 1M which is 10% of what he had before the dump/stock price crash).

Looks like bashers got the conversion price down to 6 cents from 20 cents.

Still trying to predict what this will mean to the stock price heading into the meeting.

"Meeting August 21, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. (Toronto time) ...to consider and if deemed advisable approve extraordinary resolutions:
  1. to amend the stated maturity of the Debentures from November 2, 2019 to the date that is two (2) business days following the approval of such extraordinary resolutions; and
  2. to otherwise approve the repayment of the principal amount of, and accrued interest on, the Debentures at such new maturity date in freely tradeable GLH common shares at a price equal to the greater of (i) C$0.06 or (ii) 95% of the volume weighted average price for the 20 consecutive trading days ending five trading days preceding August 23, 2019."
How is the option of 6 cents vs VWAP selected?  Aren't they missing "which ever is highest"? or lowest?
