this is the absolute kiss of death. 
I don’t know what is wrong with mgmt. 
i will still hold out for the lawsuit ruling, but I’m out after that. This is complete bs!
imagine we lose the lawsuit, well.. we will probably be sitting back at this price Jan 1 2020 after all the dust settles.
