The Company will be unable to file its financial statements.UG, Switzerland and VANCOUVER , July 26, 2019 /CNW/ - HIVE Blockchain Technologies Ltd. (HIVE.V) (HVBTF) (the "Company" or "HIVE") announces that as a result of delays in the completion of its audit, the Company will be unable to file its financial statements and accompanying management's discussion and analysis for the financial year ended March 31, 2019 (collectively, the "Annual Filings") by July 29, 2019 , being the date that such filings are due under applicable Canadian securities law requirements. The late filing is the result of delays in obtaining financial reporting from the Company's wholly owned subsidiaries as the Company has explored potential tax optimization structures, and the time required for the Company and its auditors to review such financial reporting. The Company has applied for, a management cease trade order (the "MCTO") by the British Columbia Securities Commission restricting the Company's chief executive officer and chief financial officer from trading the Company's shares until the Annual Filings are filed.
