Ok. So I have had some time to think and still think the consolidation is a kiss of death.
However, they issued new shares as apart of the latest acquisition right? At ,05 cents, so there must be some desire to keep it at that price? Maybe this is when the NCIB will kick in if we start falling below that.
We we are still in a good position to gain a settlement out of the litigation considering the ptab and markman hearing were in our favour.
So there doesn’t seem to be this great need to raise capital. At least I don’t think.
as far as I know, they have not drawn on the line of credit facility of 500k, or have they?
Do we know how much is the minimum listing price for institutional investors?
Could a base price of .50 allow us to be uplifted to the tsx?
just some random thoughts on how this will play out.
