The average cost per share of Input’s buybacks are now below the current price and this will only improve over time. Buybacks make sense when the stock price is significantly below book. Handing out a special dividend to distribute cash makes sense when the stock is not significantly below book.

Enjoy the recent run Fallbackon as there’s much more to come. And it will chase these haters away.
