Bhang is letting shareholders

Bhang is letting shareholderstake the brunt of this going public effort.  More options for the new guys recruited to promote us and another 1.7 million subordinate voting shares to settle an account.
They've got this going public thing worked out very well it seems with the exception of the fact that shareholders are watching every move and it is this shareholder's opinion that the day they went public, they should recognize that public shareholders need to be treated with more respect in regards to dilution and sloppin' at the trough.  Management could have at least waited a month or two to start the dilution and old debts should have been serviced with the private company money before slappin' shareholders with old debt.
Shareholders want to see their money spent to grow this company, not do catchup with other people's money.
