In a conversation with Sam on July 15th he indicated " If we raise, won't be much and for the last time as we believe we will be FCF positive entering 2020 ".  Not that this answers whether we will or will not have a small pp but it puts the whole matter into perspective. If it happens it will be small, or not at all, not an issue and completely understandable in building this company with the necessary physical inventories and human resources required to effectively meet demands.  Management are preparing for increased demands which in my mind equates to revenue & profits.  GLTAL,
