RE:RE:RE:RE:RE: World’s Largest Solar Power Project

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE: World’s Largest Solar Power Project Delayed to "minimum 2020" for what?  Start of construction, contract signed, obtaining full project financing, construction completion, what?  No way they have full financing and to be fair nor would this be expected at this time if they do 145MW.   Also there's a zillion things need to be done and backers be satisfied with before a one page undertaking to provide money turns into 100 page contract and wire into a bank.

What is Montalva really worth? Start off with PREPA, which is probably the most despised, untrusted, litigated, bankrupt utility in the world.   Not my idea of a great customer but WTFDI.K.  PR is no paradise especially when the big ones hit.  Nice to be built to class 4 standards but ya got to get the juice to the customer too, so hurricanes will always be a factor.

And this friends, is why I like Sage (50%) better than Montalva.  Montalva may have better upside on paper, I have no idea, but Sage is easy to understand and should be simple and safe!  Montalva will always  have uncertainty, risks like legal and hurricanes and the spectre of unknown.

Post spinout GRB will own 50% of Sage, 10 million shares of PWR and a royalty in RB that May or may not be worthless.  I don't think it will be worthless because the concept has good merit and Tommy will now drive the bus and he's motivated. What is an "opening transaction " because that's not defined and is the new driver of royalties.  "Transactions" is now a useless concept.

Ill be posting much less and this could be my swan song.  Lucky longs.  Let the record show I've always posted HONESTLY AND WITH INTEGRITY, and not once did  I say something nice or pumpy with an intention to sell in the near term or day trade!   When I turned sour on the board and express reservations, only then did I sell.  I've never been a big player.

I am definitely not making any recommendations as to what to do with your shares now or in the future.  By the way I used some of my cash and bought this last week.  Lotsa opportunities out there and you need to be really diversified in multiple names,
