RE:monthly production reportThe cumulative loss of production over the last 2 weeks was 1.1 million barrels/day for Lower 48 States.

Now of course, the storm in the Gulf was a large contributor but, we should have seen a full return of production in the last week or for wednesday's report. 

If the full 1.1 million is not added back then we will know that there is something wrong with shale/Permian. After all it is a "guess" so why would they state a number any lower unless they are "certain" that production is now lower?
