I believe the author in your link
is referring to Ensign Energy Services ESI.T,
(as he specifically mentions it by name)
And is omitting Essential Energy Services ESN.T
by name, I'd think that is a slightly positive note,
in a fairly negative list.
Therefore, I believe that ESN
is on the good side of this report,
and probably worthy of some positive notation.
