You pays your money You takes your chances.

Still a snowballs chance left on this one though. First step is to get their butts trading and then actually launch the looooong overdue platform with some paying customers already on board.

This should literally be a case study on how not to run a company. Missed deadlines, no communication, no products launched, trading halted.
