RE:RE:RE:Input stock offers you $1 for the price of 65 centsThese companies just get two opinions on value from an investment bank and buy the company for that; happens literally all of the time with undervalued, small companies and have no place on the financial markets - input is not raising money, and the compliance cost are too high for a company of its size. They can continue to retire stock and I am happy with that; but eventually they will buy this out because it has no place on the stock market.
