tax loss selling in July

This is the lowest level the TSX energy index (T.TEN ) has been going back to 2003 .

VET share price now touching 2009 financial collapse levels.

What is it telling us ? How much lower can it go before rebounding ?

This is typical fear related emotional retail selling .

2Q report was OK and now VET announces NICB of up to 5% of shares .

I bought some down here .
