SP spike after licensing?

Looking at the HC site and the respective stocks after their license, and it doesn't look like much action is happening post license. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't see much happening in the short term after our license comes. Predictions on penny stocks are worth nothing, but I'm curious what other shareholders are expecting upon receiving the license?
