RE:never pays to panicrltchk...I was long JE until Friday...when I sold it all (the chance of a takeover is DEAD now with this latest news). I am not short the stock but would not blame anyone for placing a short on it as it would be a good trade. This company is in serious trouble with plenty of downside likely.
