Covlalon got a line of credit from HSBC of $17M, 9M for acquisitions. Covalon acquired AquaGaurd for around $10M cash and stock. Shouldn't be any issue in paying off the remainder of the terms. The line of credit will give them access to cheap capital in case they need it to bridge themselves through possible loss of the Saudi deal.
