What a Health Canada letter looks like
What a Health Canada letter looks like First of all this company has been lying to everyone since last year October, so the fact that people continue to believe words on a press release as if they are factual is quite laughable.
Here are some great quotes from Agrima's Health Canada Letters
Page 43 of this link: https://documentcentre.eycan.com/eycm_library/Ascent%20Industries%20Corp/English/Motion%20Materials/Initial%20Application/Affidavit%201%20of%20Blair%20Jordan%20sworn%20on%20February%2028,%202019.PDF
And I quote: "Agrima must immediately suspend all cannabis related activities other than the activities required to keep the plants viable, such as feeding, watering and pest management. Agrima is not permitted to move any cannabis substances, inculding cannabis plants, within or outside of the site.
While this suspension is in effect, Agrima may not engage in any production or sale of cannabis under the authority of its production licence under the ACMPR (This is Sept 26 2018 before the Cannabis Act). Agrima is permitted to take measures that are necessary to maintain the quality of any cannabis that has already been produced, or is under production. Such measures must be performed by the senior person in charge, the alternate responsible person in charge, or the quality assurance person as identified in Health Canada records. You are furthermore required to notify Health Canada within 3 business days of receiving this letter of the specific measures that are necessary to maintain the quality of the cannabis that has been produced or is under production."
Take note - CannTrust more than likely saw these types of words and then spun to the public that they are not yet suspended because techincally they aren't seeing as this letter allows for managing the plants.
CannTrust is under the same clutches. Full stop.
