RE:The selling pressure is relentless...Agreed something not right here.   Someone in the deal is wanting out.  Could be the guy who sold the deal and got 12 mil shares.  That said, there is no worry of debt default now.  Debt isn’t due in a couple of  years.

they also have a mil bucks worth of equipment they could sell.

you would think the guy holding debt would want to see this work.  If this deal falls apart nobody will want to do one with him on this property again and he will never get any money from the debt
