Perhaps it's timeI think the time has come for shareholders to send an email off to the OSC, demanding an investigation into the misleading antics of Alan Lone! There has been a consistent misleading of Shareholders, and a history of misinformation, all shrouded in secrecy of "NDA's". The promise of shares of SENS, which was delayed by Alan Lone's ignorance of the rules, which will now most likely never happen, and this latest move, facilitating a RTO, with a company that has nothing, and halting trading, which prevents shareholders from cutting further losses, until the deal is done. That last piece, in my mind, amounts to fraud.
